Overview:
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will report to the Area Vice President of Creative Services. Your primary responsibility will be optimizing the customer journey for both consumer and business audiences across digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, product development, recruitment, contact center, and marketing teams, to ensure the execution of high-quality digital marketing, lead generation, and sales support strategies. You will also manage agencies/vendors, oversee a direct report (social media manager), and provide guidance to content creators in developing content for digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitive factors, and government regulations.
- Develop strategic recommendations for compelling digital marketing programs that set [Confidential Company] apart and build brand equity.
- Create strategies and tactics for all digital channels, including social media, websites, business listings, reputation management, digital advertising, and marketing automation.
- Conduct market research and analyze findings, providing digital marketing recommendations to management.
- Ensure adherence to channel best practices and optimize each channel to enhance [Confidential Company]'s marketing efforts.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote [Confidential Company] and its affiliate brands and services.
- Identify, track, and measure marketing outcomes, including marketing tactics, leads, sales, and ROI.
- Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans.
- Oversee internal presentations and develop an annual integrated marketing plan in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage the budget for marketing deliverables and maintain effective control of marketing results to achieve objectives within the designated budget.
- Provide support to senior management with reporting, project management, and other miscellaneous requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 7 years or more of digital marketing experience.
- Ability to balance between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
- A strong interest in team collaboration and creating integrated marketing solutions.
- Experience in managing agency partners and direct reports.
- A successful track record of managing work in a matrixed organization.
- Prior experience in home health, hospice, or the healthcare field is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
